If you know what you're looking for in a hydration supplement, this is it. You won't find these 4 ingredients in any other hydration supplement, and they are key to dehydration prevention and recovery. The packets are more expensive but it's so easy to open one up and down it with some water.

The stuff seems to work as it says to help hydrate and recover after hiking. But with as much aroma these give off you would expect more flavor.

Have friends and relatives who swear by this stuff. They work in the AZ heat and don't leave home without it. Like the taste too, not all artificial sweeteners type taste which would have been a deal breaker. I bought it for them and they were very happy to get it. Prefer it over other brands.
