I ordered this product in order to help with my husbands liver. It arrived quicly and I was very please with the quality. I would order again so as not to have to step foot in store.

Very small pills and easy to swallow! They are smaller than others I've taken in the past. I took 2x2 times daily for a month, which is something I do every 3 months or so just to clean up my liver since liver issues run in my family and I've already got enough going on with IBS by itself to not need liver problems, too, lol. It does NOTHING for regularity or inflammation like turmeric or NAC does. But it DOES help with detox, which helps my digestion run more smoothly and effectively, helps my skin stay looking clear, keeps the electrolyte balance going, and helps me better manage blood glucose levels when I eat sugar, among other things.I highly recommend anyone with an interest in maintaining digestive health supplement their current health regimen with milk thistle every few months to keep some key vital organs involved in managing and purging toxins from the body running at peak performance.

Good value. Too early to tell if product will help health wise.

I think Sundown is the best on the market. Wouldn’t use any other.

Easy to swallow but you may want to space out the days of use (side effects)
