I bought this for my chicken run and to run it along our trees to keep the chickens cool in our AZ heat. This works great & you get a lot more length for a cheaper cost than Home Depot's misters. I got the 50 ft one first then bought the 60 foot one with the 10 off coupon and paid less then what I paid for the 50 foot one. Oh well, I highly recommend this product for people, animals, & trees!! It drops the temp quit a bit.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product after doing searches on how to help alleviate the heat stress on my chickens. I'm new at keeping chickens and our heat indexes lately have been around 105, there was only so much I could do with trying to provide shade. They already have a well ventilated area, but it was just still so hot. A recommendation was a mist hose, so I bought this one. It has only been installed one day but already it has made a world of difference for my chickens.I bought the 60 foot hose because it was only a few dollars more than the 30 foot hose. It ended up being about 2x more than I needed, but it's super easy to adjust the size by just removing sections. It came with 3 different installation options (zip ties, cable brackets and alligator type clips...like the ones used for ID badges). I decided to use the alligator badge clips since the chickens are in a metal wire pen. Installation was so easy, it took only about 5 to 10 minutes. And those clips allow you to easily adjust if you don't the positioning. The way I set it up for now is temporary until I get a hose splitter, but it absolutely does the job.When I got home on the first day, the heat index was again around 104 or 105, but the chickens were up and active under the water, none of them were panting or seemed to be in distress. I turned the water off for the rest of the evening at that point and the water had caused enough of a muddy floor that they were able to stay cool walking through that as the temperatures cooled off into the evening.The peace of mind that this product has given me is worth way more than the cost. The only unknown at this point is how much it will affect my water bill, but I feel even that cost will be worth it.

I have created my own version of this product at great time and expense. This was easy and well suited for the job. The piece that attaches to the water source is a bit on the lame side. It should be a deeper seating so it doesn't leak and require plumbers tape. (Which didn't really work that well.) It leaked at the house bib. (The silver colored part that you screws to the water source didn't thread deeply enough to keep it from leaking.) The fact they through in plumbers tape announces the potential problem. If you don't mind, the product does work.

Other than it’s easy to install, the misting nozzles comes already connected, spaced 2 feet apart. The quality of the parts on this brand are much better than the previous brand I had purchased. The previous system, the tubing was very cheap and would bulge and burst under the water pressure.I would highly recommend this product.Herb

The media could not be loaded.  Easy installation with plenty of length. Initially there was one brass mist nozzle that did not work properly. I just replaced it with one of the two extra brass mist nozzles which was very easy plug and play. There was no longer any leaks and it was misting normally. Well worth the price. Definitely nice to have in a 106° weather in Las Vegas.

The third spout leaks and we cannot get it to stop.

Nice produt. Worked well to put Mosquito Spray thru about a half hour before we go outside - mounted over deck - Set up with an injector pump to meter the chemicals & electric solenoids & darkroom timer to turn on - Also worked well to make Booms on Sprayer for 4 Wheeler & Loader Tractor around acerage.

These were a perfect solution for me; however, it would have been better if they just included 60 feet of plastic tubing uncut and allowed me to just cut it with scissors and insert a water jet wherever I felt it needed one. I don't think everyone would like to go through the effort, but it should be an option. Also, the clips were worthless. I found a small plastic adhesive backed clip that stuck to the metal edging on my flower bed and supported the hose perfectly.
