Not Sterile
These gauze rolls come to you unsealed in the box. Just roll gauze in a box. I guess I had expected they'd be individually sealed. Perhaps there are clinics that need these things ready at hand like this, but I use mine as replacements in field med kits, so, no wrap, no bueno. Not many uses for dirty gauze in an IFAK. Them wounds gonna be bad enough without sticking every form of dirt known to Man in the wound. So, maybe there's someone for whom this is good enough, but I don't have too much use for these. These will definitely stick to a wound, FYI. Like in a bad way. Found out around home/office. So, get some kind of wound gel/cream on the skin before you put this down, or else, you're looking at a painful removal. Better yet, use a non-stick gauze pad, first, and then use this just to wrap around the area.

Non-sterile - read the fine print in the images and not product description
Not sure what I’m going to do with this box of non- sterile Medical gauze bandage. I wish they had listed that in the product description and not just shown in small print on image 3. Each roll is not individually packaged in a study box as stated and why would you use it for wound care as described in the product description if it is not sterile.

not too thick, not too thin
These are a favorite of mine for wrapping fingers, arms, and toes lightly. The cotton is quite breathable and requires a bit of tape to stay down. This is a good substitution for adhesive allergies, but these wraps are not intended for working/being in water/ doing any work that dirty/dusty/chemicals; in this case, I would cover this with a more substantial/waterproof/life-proof wrap.

Quality varies from box to box...and not even close to 4.1 yds
This was my second purchase of this same exact item, from the same exact seller (fulfilled by Amazon): Dealmed 2" x 4.1yd Stretch Gauze. However, this time the quality of the gauze was not up to par with the first one. Very loosely woven. Quality control obviously a little lacking. I was actually very impressed with the knit, the first time around. I may not purchase again, regardless of how fair the price is.EDIT 10/26/18: I had to drop this from 3 stars to 1. After reading a couple other reviews, some people mentioned the length was not what was stated. Very true in my case, as well. Unrolled normally, one of these doesn't even reach 2 yds, let alone "stretched" to anywhere close to 4.1 yds (and even doing that decreases the 2" width considerably). Maybe if you wanted to play tug-of-war with it you might get a nice, thin rope that is 4.1 yds in length, but c'mon. Besides, stretching these out any results in an even looser weave with gaps... Now, I didn't check them all, and I (unfortunately) didn't realize this issue and check the first box I bought. But, again, quality control lacking. I don't know, maybe this is just the nature of the beast, with these stretch gauze rolls. If that's the case, then they need to be advertised differently. Ultimately, I chose to purchase a different brand this next time around. We'll see...

Good for small wounds
The size of these rolls were a bit smaller than I expected, but is just enough in size for a small wound. These are basic quality tools to have around the house in case of emergencies. The gauze itself is very soft and comfortable. A bit thin, but does the job. Price is fair as well.
