The best filter jug ever!
The best jug ever! The Aarke Purifier Water Filter Jug in glass and stainless steel is a game-changer. Not only does it look sleek and modern, but the 2.4L capacity is perfect for my daily needs. The water tastes so much fresher and cleaner, thanks to the Aarke Pure filter. I love how it’s made from high-quality materials—glass and stainless steel make it feel premium and sturdy. It’s easy to use and clean, and I’m so happy with how it’s upgraded my water-drinking experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent - well worth the money
Love it. It's sturdy and well designed. Much better than filter jugs.

Clean clear drinkable water.
Very nice jug . Refills a bit expensive but I guess worth it for peace of mind.

Hard to rate this…
This is quite hard for me to rate as while I absolutely love the actual jug design and it being made from glass and steel, I’m not 100% convinced the filter is that great.I used Phox filters before this in a britta jug and have to say the water from those filters tastes much better. To me at least. The Phox filters taste more pure than these which still taste just like unfiltered water from the tap in comparison.I would rate the pitcher 5 stars and the filter 2 or 3, hence the 4 star rating.I’m going to add the Phox granules to this in the future however so all should be good!

Stylish and effective
The jug is not cheap, but it's a pleasure to use every day and looks very stylish on the countertop. A lot of attention has been paid to details, down to supplying a little cloth to keep the stainless steel lid shining, which I really appreciate. The water tastes wonderful and there's no plastic involved, a plus for my health and the environment.I use it both for drinking water and for my kettle, making the most wonderful teas. In London water is very hard and filtering makes a difference. I used a Brita plastic jug before and this is a definite all round upgrade. My only complaint is that it doesn't fit in the door of my fridge so I need to decant the filtered water into a smaller jug.

Handle broke after less than three months
At first I thought the product was great, no plastic and looks nice. It’s a bit of a faff each week to boil the filter for three minutes and to replace the granules every 4 weeks but ok for the benefit of avoiding plastic. However, after using it for less than three months the handle has cracked dispite very careful handling. I am unable to use it anymore. It’s very disappointing for such an expensive jug. There are no replacement jugs in stock even though I don’t think I should have to pay £24 for a new one this soon anyway. I have contacted Aarke and will see how they wish to resolve the problem.

Good water but over priced
Firstly you need to flush through about 2l of water to get a clean taste otherwise it will taste metallic. After this the water is pretty good. I'd give it 4.5 for the water quality and overall look.I'm only marking it lower because it's priced at 4 times a basic Britta filter is so I'd expect a very high quality of finish. There are a couple of minor downsides that bring the mark down:The internal stainless steel cartridge is made from a very very thin gauge of stainless steel, so when screwing it back together the thread does not bite well, making it awkward to tighten.Given that it's £95 they should have a cover for the spout. Without it. The water is exposed to air. Other companies have this and it is just a small oversight but given this design is an overhaul of the typical filter, they should have considered it.On the whole it's good water, looks nice and feels well put together.

Great water jug
Beautiful water jug, but most importantly really improves the flavour of our water. It tastes cleaner, and I have peace of mind its filtering out the nasties. It is pricey but I’m confident I’ll get many years of use from this sturdy and attractive filter jug. Great quality. Recommend!
