These work great! I got them when I started medifast and I didn't want to wait an entire week until my next appt to see if I was in ketosis. I tried the first one after 3 days on the meal plan and as happy to see I was in ketosis. It gave me the motivation to continue.While on medifast, you're in mild ketosis and also drink a lot of water. I find that if I test in the evening the results are negative, probably because the water dilutes the ketones so much the strips don't pick them you. But when I treat first thing in the morning the strips turn pretty dark.The color code on the bottle is easy to read, and the square to test on is pretty big so it's convrnient. The price is right too, so I can afford to test every day. I will definitely reorder.

Easy to read the color results and shades of pink are distinct and separate. The lid is very secure though I wish it had foil cover so I could dispense through small hole vs taking current lid completely off and risk exposing all the strips to air/light each time you need a new strip. Instructions are well written and clear about accuracy of test results and being in/out of Ketosis.

I've being doing Keto for over a year now, tried several different brands of testing strips based on the highest avg customer review. These are the best yet for several reasons.1. The size, so easy to handle and read.2. Consistent testing results, I knew exactly when I was in Keto and when I wasn't. The small strips leave you wondering...do I see a tiny bit of pink or is that peach.3. If you test mid-stream you won't damage the square. It's a problem when using the smaller strips...or at least for me it is.Don't let the odd scientific container scare you off, these are the best. My new go to standard!

Strips are wide and easy to read but the packaging which has the color chart has text that is way too small with ink that is too light. Reduces the value of the easy to read strips.

This product gives false readings. I have done a ketogenic several times and it takes a fee days if not. week to get into ketosis. I tested myself with these after a day aND a half and it reads moderate. I'm thinking...NO Way, so I had some of my other strips left that are verify reliable and tested and sure enough, not in ketosis as I thought. Also the product lifts from stick so the quality is poor. I'm going back toy old strips

I've been using these several times a day for the past week, and I've yet to see a color change. So far, the test patch just looks wet. On the bright side, the strips are large enough to write the time/date on, which is great if you are tracking your data and taking photos of your progress.

These strips are awesome, unlike another I’ve tried before that needed to be dipped and stopped working after a month. The pad is larger and strip is long enough for easy testing directly under the flow without the need of a cup. I stopped using them for about 4 months due to unexpected medical issues but when I recently resumed my healthy eating they still work perfectly!! These definitely are quality strips which I will buy again when I run out.

I bought these when I first tried Keto, but eventually fell off after a few weeks. I took a break for a while and got back to it. Guess what? The strips are still working perfectly fine after 9 months. It looks like the container has a moisture absorbing top that keeps things very dry. I've always been very careful about quickly getting the strip out and tightly closing the bottle up again so that might help
