Great Hat love the fit and quality, might buy a second in a different color

FYI My exact hat size is 7.5" and "Medium" was a tad too small for me. Your choices are S, M, L I went with "M" because I didn't want it to blow off, but there is a chin strap and maybe I chose the wrong size. This may be the reason this particular hat is priced below comparable Stetson hats -- but I'm guessing there.Came well packaged.A minor nit is that the black felt does attract cat hair and lint. A piece of scotch tape fixes it, but it's a minor negative for the black. Stetson offers a couple other colors.

I'm really happy with this hat. Its sturdy and well constructed and designed. The sizing chart is spot on. Definitely worth the purchase. I'm confident that this hat will stand the test of time

Delivered a day before promised. Happy with the quality. Purposely ordered next size up as 7 1/2 was borderline on their chart and can adjust smaller with Hat Size Reducer Foam Reducing Tape also ordered.

Was worried a bit from some of the negative reviews, but couldn’t help but try bc of the sale price. Turned out to be a really good lookin hat. Only negative was the hat could’ve used a bit more protection instead of the box - then again it is a crushable :p

Hat is very good looking and is as pictured. The stampede string is useful because I intend to use the hat while fishing, and when a gust comes up, it's easy for a hat to fly off. I've had to chase them before. If I were using it for casual wear, I might do without the string or get a different hat. The string does tuck in if you need it to. As a crushable, it's not as crisp looking as my standard cowboy hat, but then I wouldn't expect it to be. I haven't traveled with it yet so I'd need to report later about how it travels. The hat ran a little large, but the seller provided foam spacers and they worked as intended. Happy with the purchase.

I certainly didn't expect the same quality as my $500 Stetson. I bought this because of its packability to take on my safaris. The basic quality of the hat is good for the price, but I have never seen such a poor job of shaping a hat. The crown and crease brim were shaped to be at least 1" off of where they should have been. Fortunately, I know how to steam and shape a hat, but I shouldn't have had to do that, and if you don't know how it will likely cost you extra to have a shop shape it for you when you didn't buy it at their shop. Maybe this was a fluke with this individual hat.

I rarely post reviews but I felt I would at least to dispel some of the earlier reviews I've read. This is a quality hat with excellent materials and craftsmanship. Absolutely no stitching problems with the inner hat band.Also, mine arrived in a box and was literally in excellent shape. Very fast shipping time as well.I'm very pleased with this purchase and would not hesitate to buy again!

This was everything I wanted, I wanted a stetson cowboy hat without it being too Holywood, this fitted the bill. It is true this hat is crushable and holds its shape. I know it was sat upon.Great hat
