I love this product. I’ve been having troubles sleeping and focusing at work due to the lack of sleep. The GABA capsuled helped me with both sleep and focus even if I just get 4-5h of sleep.

I was not convinced that pharma GABA is worth the cost over regular.Didn’t notice anything different.Needs to be a distinct difference to merit a high score.

GABA is amazing.This bottle only has 30 pills and the dosage isn't high enough. If you take more than one, you'll feel the results. I have adrenal fatigue and flight is my response to everything. GABA with a higher dosage works so well for me.While this product works with the amount needed per dose the cost makes it not a good purchase. You need at least 2 capsules if not 3, divide that by the cost and it's pricey.
