- well it needs to be because I'm very heavy with knee and hip problems. Haven't used it on excursions yet but it's great for getting to low level housework jobs as I can adjust the height accordingly. Also, with care, outside in the garden as I can't kneel properly, so can get to the patio weeds. Very portable in its bag so I can see it being of use on days out when I need to sit if stuck queuing.

Have used mine several times now, on platform waiting for the train and on days out. Easy to use once you have the knack, sturdier than you’d think, fits easily into backpack, I’m 5’2” and at maximum height I find it just right not sure how someone any taller would manage, probably wouldn’t want to sit on it for more than 30 minutes at a time though but overall I would recommend.

I weigh 120kg and although I don't recommend it for people heavier than me or for just crashing onto when tired, or sitting off centre (I'm sure it will break in all those scenarios) it really is a very clever contraption if used with care. Other campers kept asking me where I got it from and how clever it was. They all wanted one. My kids use it now that I am home, as it is height adjustable. It is worth it. Will probably buy a couple more, to keep in the car or as spare seats for the kids bedroom.

Love this stool its brilliant to take anywhere where u know u not got a seat anywhere...lol really easy to put down and put up....I even use this as a little table to eat my tea off ...so handy as you can put it at different heights😁👍 took it camping was handy to sit and cook tea on the camping stove.

I bought these for us to use when out walking. (I have trouble getting down & up again from the ground) the fitted in a rucksack perfectly & were easy to open up & put down again, but sadly just too heavy to carry for a long walk, along with everything else.

Lovely stool. I have pots syndrome so comes in handy. I am quite tall and It comes up high enough to sit comfortably.
