We purchased this for our teen son who plays hockey. It gets the job done for post work out hydration. I trust the ingredients especially since I can pronounce all of them! This product also helps adults the next morning with symptoms of too much fun! Looking forward to trying more flavors.

I’ve been a Wilderness Athlete fan for several years now. I always purchase the Hydrate & Recover and the Energy & Focus. The watermelon mixes well with the orange Energy & Focus for a kick ass “Superman”.

This product is amazing for keeping you hydrated and can drink through out the day. Best when used with ice.

Shipping was fast don't know the effects of it yet but first taste it's just okay. Not bad but not a wonderful taste but I don't think that's the point of it. I got the bery blast.

I can't go a day without these electrolytes! I’ve tried a few different flavors but the grape is by far my favorite. It's hard to drink only one serving per day!!!

I absolutely love Wilderness Athletes hydrate and recover. I’ve tried a bunch of other companies with similar products but they don’t seem to be as effective. I live in Houston Texas and it gets super hot here so Hydrate and recover has become my go to post workout, run or any outdoor activity. I highly recommend giving it a shot if you haven’t tried it yet. And also watermelon is my favorite flavor.

At first I was skeptical of trying this (heard ads on the radio) but I said why not. I was worried it wouldn't mix well as I received a cumpled tub, the clumps broke apart pretty well and I threw in my water bottle to dissolve. SHAKE IT. It helps a ton. Left it in the fridge overnight and after 4 hours in the sun cleaning my car, doing yard work and what not I didn't feel so hot. Went and grabbed the bottle with the Wilderness athlete in it, drank it slow and steady within 10 minutes I felt great! The taste is amazing especially with cold water. No chalky aftertaste or long aftertaste for that matter. Definitely way better than Pedialyte for me. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to change up what they use for hydration. I'll update the review after a few heavy workouts in a week or two.

I heard about the product from a local radio host that was not sponsored, just loved the product. I got the "Superman" combo that includes this jug and the red "focus" judge. I used this one both individually and mixed with the red. The wild berry on its own tastes very good, if not a tad chalky but much better compared to similar products.Mixes extremely well. No residue or chunks in the water. Really knocked out my dehydration headache. Mixed with red it works as stated, gave me an unexpected energy boost that was sustained for hours and less up and down compared to coffee. The jugs are a little pricey, but not terribly out of range compared to similiar products out there.
