So some things to know. I had installed this, and for a while now with no leaks!! No sagging spout, stays where you want it. It makes it easier to wash your hair, and MOST importantly you can wash out the whiskers from your beard trimmings with waving the spout around.Some issues I found while installing.1st the hoses are difficult to attach to the base, and through the ring. Then in order to tighten the hoses in the base you can not get a normal wrench on the fittings.2nd The ports are NOT labeled “hot” or “cold” red or blue. I guessed correctly.3rd the hoses provided do not fit on the water valves from the wall. I had to cut off the pipes on the old faucet and make a union or cup link. See picture.4th it should have come with the drain plug and the 3 hole base plate.

It is easy to install following the instruction, I even didn't use any tool to install it. The water come out softly and turning smoothly. It is good generally.

Knowing that there were no reviews for these particular faucets. I took a risk and sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. Based on my one star review you can imagine in what category I fell in.Half the faucet feels very cheaply made and a bit flimsy. Base is good and heavy. The rest not so much. I bought 3 of these faucets thinking that 60 bucks is an in between for; ok but not great product. Well, I installed all three faucets in a couple of hours and they were easy to do as I’m a bit handy around the house. I was satisfied the first couple of days. On the third day all 3 faucets started to leak from the same area. All three had droplets coming out from the handle that shuts and turns the water on. This gives me the feeling that it’s not a matter quality control but the use of inferior material used. Anyway, this was my experience. Not worth returning as it would too much hassle for me and just take the loss and look elsewhere for better quality. Buy at your own risk. Good day Sir/Ma’am.

The black matted finish of the HUA&RUI Bathroom Sink was what initially attracted me to the faucet, and I was not disappointed upon shipment’s arrival. Aesthetically, the contemporary design of the sink added a stylish and polished touch to my older bathroom sink. The features that I liked the most were the swivel neck function, and the rotary switch water outlet – updated and new features for my bathroom sink. The stainless-steel pipes, as opposed to the plastic pipes that tend to burst, was a bonus for me, too – and my plumber, at least, appreciated that feature as well. The installation of this sink was one of the easiest means to achieve a modern look to an old bathroom sink with not much effort. However, my package did not contain a user’s manual nor instruction sheet, yet, assembly wasn’t difficult to figure out.

The HUA&RUI Bathroom Universal Swivel Faucet was a disappointment. First off we loved the look of the faucet with our bar sink. The initial install was a straightforward install. The included hoses are truly inferior which became evident when, as soon as the water pressure built up in the hose, it sprung a leak. So off to the locate hardware store we went to replace the hose. After month 3 of installation the faucet itself started to leak from the rotating joint, a part which cannot be repaired. I cannot recommend this faucet.
