Gaia’s Black Cohosh did help with hormone balance, etc. And is easy to swallow, no stomach upset. I have had some bottles, like another reviewer, with wet capsules inside. I’m curious what they make it from as the ingredient list provided by Gaia on Amazon says ” Organic Black Elderberry Fruit Extract, Organic Acerola, Organic Honey, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.” Is this an error or do they make it from Elderberries? Or is that the ingredient list for Elderberry tonic/ syrup?
