Kalm with Kava Borongoru Micronized Kava (4 oz)

Having bought kava in several forms this is probably my favorite so far for convenience and effect, though I may eventually pick up an aluball to be able to easily make traditional style boronguru at home as that is cheaper per ounce.You should be aware that this is not going to get you actually stoned or high if that's your expectation; I use it to help manage my sleep disorder as my brain is not always good about sending "I'm sleepy" signals on its own, and kava's heavy feeling in the body is enough to get things started. The taste and texture are also not exactly delicious and it doesn't seem to dissolve completely, but can be disguised pretty well with something like coconut milk and cocoa powder with a little vanilla and cinnamon. Probably shouldn't be used daily long-term, but for intermittent use this has been a fine sleep aid for me.

Item specifies multiple times it is 8 ounces. Actual item is actually 4 ounces. I thought I would treat the item description, not the item images. I was wrong, item description is wrong.

I’m new to Kava and aware that reverse tolerance is apparently pretty common. Many on Reddit recommended this particular strain from this particular company. I don’t think I’ll be trying anymore, though. Night #2 and I feel worse, not better. The product itself seems of a very good quality, but the substance itself is not worth further exploring for me, especially considering the risks for liver damage after heavy & prolonged use. It seems heavy & prolonged use would be the only way to get any potential positive benefits from kava for me, but I’m not willing to risk potential liver damage. Just sharing my experience, not dogging on the vendor.

I tried and tried and tried this stuff.. It does nothing.

moderately experienced Kava person, this stuff did me wrong. I had a bad experience with this stuff, never again.
