Panasonic KX-TGF573S Works!
The Panasonic KX-TGF573S system works with my old Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. The voice quality and dial features are excellent. Able to import all my contacts. I've had my old land line Panasonic phone for over 16 years. I rolled my land line over to provider cell network. I decided to buy this Panasonic system because of the Panasonic dependability, and Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth connectivity directions were somewhat confusing, so I went to the Panasonic support, filled form for model, serial number, etc, and worked with support representative. I was able to find "Bluetooth" menu and added code in my phone to complete Bluetooth connectivity. Note: Do not use the Internet URL address in the directions. Search for "Panasonic Support". Be sure it is the real Panasonic Support site. Overall, this Panasonic phone system is excellent, and system has swivel base that hooked on the back of my desk to save space. Thank you Panasonic, and thank you Amazon for providing next day delivery!

LOW SPEAKER VOLUME
I purchased this phone to replace my old Panasonic phone. It came with all the features I liked about my previous phone such as talking caller ID and Call Block. I liked this style as it had some silver in it and not just plain black. I did read in the reviews that the speaker volume was not as high, but since I, nor anyone in my family is hearing impaired I figured it should still be ok. Turns out it's a bigger problem than I thought. First of all listening to my voicemail from the handset, even on the highest level, is a strain on the ears unless it's absolutely quiet. I find I need to focus more, instead of multi-tasking, which is a pain, and I've begun listening to voicemail on the base speaker which is louder. But not always so convenient to be stuck in one location.Secondly, as we are still in midst of a pandemic, my kids' schools are still juggling between live and remote learning. Sometimes this means teleconferencing. Today my 2nd grader had such a hard time listening to his teacher on the handset- it's challenging enough to pay attention via phone!- that I had to switch it to the base again. Which made it more difficult for him to respond during the session, being as it was not right near him, but up on the wall. Also this is not always convenient if my child/ren want to move to a different room to follow their lessons. So now, I am not sure yet whether to replace the whole phone, or order another handset with amplified features. I don't think this should have been necessary, and it is a pain to deal with. Not to mention extra cost. I am disappointed in Panasonic for slacking off on this feature. Again, I have perfectly good hearing- sometimes my kids say TOO good!- and this should not have been the issue it has become. Other than that the phone seems to work fine.

Replacement system for an old Panasonic Phone system
Although our old wireless Panasonic phone system worked, it was getting touchy about getting and holding a charge. So we replaced it with this model. Call blocking is easy and wonderful! It already has blocked calls after just a few days. We have been getting many unwanted calls for years, but with this system we hope to reduce that number. It has a call block button, so no scrolling through a menu to get it blocked. You can disable the first ring, so the first thing you hear is the voice announcement about the call. You can also assign a certain ring to friends and family (with a number of choices) a feature we had with the old phone and liked very much. I read about the latest model that didnt have the call block button nor did it have the dedicated ring numbers - if you want these features get this model. You also can pick up the phone and it will or wont answer depending on how you set it up; it is easy to read who is calling - letters are large and bold, and then decide to answer it (or not if that is what you want.. It can be set up to access your voice mail, even remotely. And, this a WOW, you can hook your bluetooth smartphone to link with this so you dont have to keep two phones next to you - you can answer either the cell or landline from this phone - or make calls from either. If you no longer have a landline you can also use this just to answer your cell phone only. Quality of sound is fine, we dont experience any static or poor quality sound (we do have DSL filters - you may need these) the usual stuff like ringer on or off or louder, speaker phone, etc. Oh yeah, we still have the old phones in other places that we dont use as often - we just had to turn off the ringers on these to have that skip first ring feature, but both work just fine for our land line without any incompatibility - they just dont have all the features of course.

Poor sound
The sound coming from the hand sets is very poor. Ending up having to buy head sets for the 2 most used hand sets. I'm happy with most of the others features.I would not buy this phone set again.
