Good tent if you stake it down with secure posts. We used 5.5' fencing posts. Canopy is a little thin and the velcro is cheap. But I've used it twice and it worked well for the two parties I had.

I ordered it for an out door event, I must say it really served the purpose. I thought it could have been a little more sturdy. The sides were too loose, they were flapping too much. the material was too thin and the Velcro was not all that great.

Updated: great customer support and communication to resolve my issue. Would recommend this seller!Easy to setup, took several people but got it done in about an hour. Looks great and nice size but a few complaints…mainly cheap materials for the frame. The center pole snapped as we were lifting it up, had to tape it and improvise. Tent was sagging in the middle. Felt flimsy and would have been concerned if it was a windy day. Several of the velcro attachments on the canopy tore right off.Would definitely recommend they provide sturdier materials for the frame.

Compre una carpa de 20 pies, para ponerla sobre cemento. Taládranos un poquito para ponerle tornillos al piso de cemento. Hizo mucho ventarrón esa noche y no se cayó. Yuppi! Paso la prueba. No le doy 5 estrellas porque todavía el Velcro se cae. Y hay espacios donde necesita más Velcro porque se caen las paredes y se rompió el Velcro y no hay como arreglarlo.Afortunadamente tenía una cinta blanca ancha de plástico y como la carpa es de lona plástica me funciono perfecto.De todas maneras se ve muy bonita y para el precio es muy funcional.

Tent set up was pretty straight forward after reviewing the insructions. All parts were laid out on the ground where the tent was to be placed assembled it from there. Approximent time from being to end was 2 hours. We did not rush it , just take your time. We used the tent ropes provided to secure the tent to the ground it was very study. We also purchased plywood flooring panels from the lumber store for the tent floors and the Bridal Shower event was a success!

Small winds of less than 10 miles will destroy this. First day wind less than 10 mph lifted the entire assembly and sent it across the fence and bent all the railings, which are not durable at all.JCHY shop contacted me and provided a full refund and asked what they could do to improve the product. I will say the product did not live up to expectations but the JCHY Shop did! JCHY has renewed my faith in companies that do the right thing and value customer satisfaction. I may not purchase this item again, but, I will most certainly do business with JCHY again. BIG KUDOS for doing right by your Customers! In this day and age it is refreshing to see companies do business the old-fashioned way !

This was a godsend for a wedding, we used it to house the food and were able to control the traffic pattern with the movable panels. We lost the set up instructions and post tear down storage changes once it’s unwrapped😉…. But we will use it again! And we bought 12” spiral tiedowns around the base

We had a small gust of wind and it bent the poles, we bought two, one was ruined within 2 hours of set up. Not a great product for the money, but we were in a hurry to get one for our event.
