I had severe parosmia after covid. Everything smelled and tasted like straight up garbage juice. It was sick. After about 2 days, I started experiencing serious improvement. It’s now day 6, and while the parosmia isn’t completely gone, it has become much much more tolerable and I can only imagine it will only get better as I keep taking these. Arthritis Pain

I have bad neuropathy in legs and feet. I have been taking this just over a month ago, I have experienced reduced muscle/leg and foot cramps and less intensity of tingling and numbness. I will add I also take Acetyl-L-carnitine, during same duration. I believe they are helping and far less expensive than continued Dr's and Rxs.

With any supplements you don't really know what you're getting since there seems to be no govt. regulation of the industry. But this is a fairly well known brand, and I suppose it contains what the label says, more or less. At least I hope so.But I find that these capsules give me heartburn, a pretty severe case, unless taken just before or with a meal. So there's that..
