I absolutely love these custom name plaques. They always come out so perfect and the color and font is always spot on. The size is great as is the material. They stick to the cakes well and I have never had an issue with the plaques falling off.

Great job!!!INQUIRED ABOUT CHARACTERS ALLOWED 6/10/2024This is a follow up on a recent order after my purchase and praise of several before it this one. Let me first say again, quality and delivery were awesome per usual. However, the issue with this order comes from either an error made with Amazon OR the seller shortening the amount of them. I am writing because the answer received was not an actual response to my question of whether Amazon made an error on allowed characters or the seller shortened them. The response came so much later after the inquiry before ordering to see if I needed to now place two orders when the last order allowed 33 and the new one did not allow 31. If it were my business, you know no one says Congratulation absent of a "s" and wrote the rest because the question of letter count was not answered timely, the not knowing made me hope for first a response but also a look at it with knowing the word should be CONGRATULATIONS. The response of we put in what you type is absent of an answer to whether it was an error or that is the new allowed amount of characters. I have ordered several times before this order, so, the question was a reasonable one. Considering, my last one before this one, I received on 5/23/24 with 33.

For my daughter’s 7th birthday, we we went all outc! Having a customized name topper for her cake was definitely worth it. We chose the font, Sawyer; color, Translucent hot pink; and upgraded to a 6” width, 4” height design. It was perfect for an 8” diameter round cake. Luv it! Thank you!

I could not wait to give a review to this seller! The package was A+++! It was packaged in a heavy foam material to ensure it did not break. There was a card and a small pamphlet/book on top of the name topper in the box. I loved the presentation and the way it was packaged. Now! The customized name topper was even better than the pictures and description. I ordered the gold custom name for my cake and I actually ordered the wrong size BUT even though it was a little too big for the cake it was still excellent. The customer raved about the custom name and the cake. This seller is my top pick from now on for the custom names for cakes! I had a hard time finding what I wanted and couldn't figure out how to contact anyone to make it so I just put in my information and hoped for the best and she rocked it right out the park! Very happy 😊 and she left some awesome goodies in the box I will definitely use her again !
