Cute hat. Should be lined for the money. Runs a bit big. Shipping is ridiculously long. Lesson learned.

It’s so comfortable and so well made. Crushable with quality craftsmanship.I took a risk for the price, and boy did it deliver without any disappointment. Definitely worth the investment and money well spent. One of the best purchases I ever made.

I am a hat guy. As a kid, and to this day, I appreciate a nice looking hat. I just opened the box from DelMonico Hatter and this hat is my new favorite. They are a great store to deal with. Customer service is top notch. The hat arrived on time, and in a box big enough to secure it. The hat is well made and the details are just right. Its a little roomy so I have put a little piece of padding inside the hat band to snug it up. They include a note with the package telling me I can call and request their hat snugging little thing and I did since its a touch on the loose side. I ordered the color "serpent". Like a brownish green. Somebody might say "olive". The color and shape are really what I expected and I enjoy the fact that it can be worn with anything. I really like when the DelMonico Hat shop has a deal on something. They always treat my hats great so they get to my house in the way they should. No worries about any damage, or the hat being off center, etc. Any future summer hat purchase will end up with Baileys from DelMonicos.Update: I just bought the grey oxford mix. Its a sale item, how could I refuse. So the medium is snug, but it is better than too loose when I cut my hair way down for summer. I like the look and fit, came in a smaller box, but is crushable so no worries. Love the look, the light color will be nice in the summer sun. Great hats.

Still learning the various different types of fedora, as there are several. I was going for more Raymond reddington style, this isn’t it. This is full Indianna Jones. As far as the brim is concerned. But very happy with it anyway and enjoy it.

In my opinion, this is a pretty good hat for the price. Fit is excellent - XXL for a 7 3/4 was perfect. Fit and finish seems good - indicative of a high-quality manufacture. I have not had a chance to pack / crush the hat (I tend not to do this to my hats, even with those that advertise this as a selling point), so I don't know how well it will hold its shape having been crushed. The band color is decent enough contrast with the grey felt - some reviewers indicated that the contrast wasn't so good. The band on the hat I received (grey) was almost a brown color, but it was OK. My one complaint - even though the hat was advertised as water resistant (one of the major reasons for buying a hat like this), the color on the band ran on the first occasion of getting wet - the band now exhibits pronounced water marks after the first time in the rain. But overall, so far, a solid performer.

I wear a straw hat in this style during warm weather and was looking for something similar for winter. This hat is nearly perfect. It's supposed to be packable, and that might explain the packaging. The hat came crushed and misshapen. After letting it "breathe" for about 3 days, I steamed it over a boiling tea kettle and shaped it by hand. The only thing wrong with it now is the hatband, which is a weird mauve shade - not as brown as the picture. The manufacturer's name is on the hatband, too, and I'm not crazy about that.Once it returned to the right shape, this is a great looking hat that is all wool, water repellent, and made in USA. The Oxford Mix is a medium gray with lighter and darker flecks. It's really interesting. The brim is wider than I expected, but fits the proportions of the hat very well. It looks and feels like it will last a long, long time.

It's a decent hat, better than average for average hats these days. An expensive hat would cost a lot more; for example, a Borsalino casual crusher, similar style goes for around $250.00. Personally, this hat looks as good! The difference between a 'fine' hat is the fur felt, this one is wool felt. The fit is an itsy, bitsy, tiny bit large, not enough to throw the deal. I'm liking it and getting a second one in the gray. By the way, if it says 'crushable' or 'packable', it is not likely to be lined as some have complained about. Even with most of the 'finer' fur felt hats, if it's packable, it won't be lined. And this one easily stands up to crushing.The stitching around the brim and the grosgrain band on this one is not as tailored as on a more expensive hat but as said, better than most these days. It's a very good hat!

There's a pokie thing in the sweatband that's kind of annoying. Also don't really like the material the sweatband is made of. If you sweat even a little the band feels just wet all around. Not sure how to describe it but never had that problem with my other 10-20$ hats. Costing over 100$ I guess I was just expecting more comfortability. It is a nice looking hat don't get me wrong. Never got more looks than I do with this but change the sweatband material for Christ sake

Un Fedora americano straordinario! Ho preso una L perchè porto la 59 e mi sta perfetto! Colore navy davvero stupendo, attira davvero gli sguardi su di se! Materiali perfetti, feltro davvero resistente, ma morbidissimo!Inoltre ho trovato un’offerta assurda 35€ invece di 109€, ce n’erano 2 solo per questo colore e della mia taglia! Stratosferico! Sono più che soddisfatto, consigliatissimo anche a prezzo pieno ovviamente!

Loved the hat....however when it got here it was crushed and it appears to have been melted in one spot...it's quite noticeable....wouldn't order this again...I have othe Baileys hats....but wouldn't order one without seeing it first
