looks awesome!
My husband was going to paint my hood black and then I came across this. He did a coat of primer and two coats for a black and then mixed half a bag of powder in with one quart of clear and sprayed it down twice. This is the results. Still needs another coat of clear without powder added to it. I like the color but, it wasnt really what I thought it would be, I honestly thought it would have been darker and more teal/dark blue, instead it has more of a purple hue to it. But that may also be because he only added half the bag into a quart instead of the whole bag. Either way this stuff looks great. He should have sanded it down a little bit better and got the dents out but the jeep is 20 years old so its not that big of a deal. I would def suggest doing a test run with your gun to get a feel for how it sprays and I would also try it out on something before starting your project, that way you can adjust how much to add to the clear.

I used this for an art project
I made a dragon for our Halloween display and used Starry Night - Black Blue Teal Purple Chameleon powder mixed with "Rustoleum ultra cover premium latex paint gloss clear" on the horns. The little container they supplied came in handy for mixing (and storing) as I didn't need a whole quart of it. I applied 4 coats using a brush over a flat black spray paint base and a then a clear coat on top.Teal is the predominate color but can see a some purple in sunlight. I like the black too. It kept the teal from being too over powering for my project. If they come out with a dark powder like this except with purple being the predominate color that'd be awesome!
