Propello Life Pre-Workout Drink Mix, West Coast Citrus, 450g

I was looking for a good pre-workout drink and this was recommended to me by one of the trainers. It makes my skin all tingly for about 10 minutes but then it does give me an extra boost when working out. I do HIIT training 6x per week and this is a great addition to my regimen. I recommend this product (and was not paid for this review).

It took me a while to find a preworkout that gave me energy to workout but did not keep me up at night. Have been using this ever since I tried it.

This is the best pre-workout I've ever experienced this far hands down. I've tried others and this surpasses them all.

This product is perfect for long runs. Virtually ever other pre-workout I have used for distance running has made it impossible to keep a consistent pace because the product wears off quickly and the drop-off in energy is noticeable. With this product, I can take a low dosage and feel more energy without it leading to a comedown an hour into my run.

I do Pilates and 2 to 3 indoor cycle classes per day. Without this Pre-workout, my body would not be able to do this workout regime. The Pre-workout is unlike others. It’s the right amount of caffeine and other vitamins to get your body going without the big jolt of craziness that other Pre-works provide.

I love Propello protein shakes and decided to try the Pre-Workout drink for especially intense workouts. I run, lift weights, and take cycling classes most days of the week, and I was curious as to whether it would improve performance, if only marginally, or if it would help recovery. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the product. A large cup of coffee does more to improve energy, performance, etc. than this product.

Most pre-workouts make me shaky and really jittery. Propello's just gives me a little boost and some focus to push harder than I normally would. And it tastes really good!

I love this product! It is delicious and gives me a great boost, especially when I need to get a workout in at the end of the day and am running low on energy. It doesn't make me feel jittery like a lot of products do. I appreciate Propello Life's commitment to using clean ingredients, you absolutely get the quality you paid for with their line of supplements!
