These are amazing! I started using these about 6 weeks ago and guess what? They deliver every promise. These supplements are in gummy form, easy to chew and taste pretty good. The daily dose is two gummies and I have not missed one dose since I got the bottle on May third. I have noticed that my hair looks beautiful, is growing at a much faster pace, it's healthier and getting stronger. Now on to my nails which are already getting longer and stronger. No more brittleness. I'm very satisfied. Also love that these are gelatin and gluten free.I highly recommend these!

These gummies are amazing! I’m a broke college student, so it is difficult for me to have a healthy balanced diet. I pretty much survive on Ramen noodles and snacks. I’ve struggled with brittle nails for a while now so I decided to give these pills a try. They are super tasty and give me the daily dose of biotin that I need. They’re honestly so good it’s tempting to eat more than the dosage (but at least the daily dose is two instead of one). Plus they’re so much cheaper than Sugar Bear Hair Gummies! I would definitely recommend these gummies to anyone who is looking for something to provide the biotin that they need to have strong nails and healthy hair.

Update! I have had so much new growth in my hair it’s been hard to believe. These Biotin gummies work and I will continue to purchase and take these religiously. I take 2 daily and have had amazing results.So I had previously bought a different brand that worked but I wasn’t found of the taste and they had way too much sugar. I bought these to try and they taste amazing and are soft so it’s gentle on your teeth. When you grab them they don’t seem soft so I was worried but the minute I chewed, they are soft and taste amazing!!! These will now be myGo to and I will def be re ordering when running low.

The effect of the Biotin is noticeable with as little as 4 days of taking it.The way I was able to tell is I had dry skin on a certain part of my body and after 4 days of using the product,the skin patch disappear. I have learned a valuable lesson in consuming Biotin and the role in the human body and I wanted to start consuming it in gummy form.What puts the icing in the cake of using this bottle is the fact that its "extra strength" and thus why it was able to help me clear the dry skin patch so quickly and ultimately naturally.I also wanted a Non-GMO Biotin Gummy product and I have found what I am looking for.If you are a diabetic,kindly check with you doctor before using this product as it has 4gm of sugar and I find it very low in sugar and taste wonderful.

These have a really good flavor and texture, they actually are hard to stop eating. The instructions aren't very clear but it seems you're supposed to take 2 per day? I've been taking them for two weeks now and I haven't noticed any benefits yet, but these things do take some time to work through your system. I don't typically experience negative reactions and I haven't had any negative reactions to these. Overall, they're a tasty, easy way to consume some vitamins and I do like them and would recommend them.

I love these gummies. The label/ingredients impressed me alot. Healthier than others. The taste is amazing, even better than some candy gummies!! They are softer than other gummies and dissolve a little quicker but that's fine with me. less chewing and I just let them dissolve while enjoying the flavor. I've been taking them for about 2 weeks and noticed my nails are stronger and healthier than with the less expensive biotin pills I was taking for about 3 months. I seem to have less hair fallout when washing but more time will tell. I'll definitely be ordering these again.

If you are looking for a gummy that is chewy this is not it. This is a gummy that dissolves and falls apart easy with one chew and can be a bit overly sweet. We chose this because of the dosage 10,000 mcg is convenient and money saving since you are instructed to take 2 to get the 10,000 dosage. Our needs are 5,000 mcg so we take 1 gummy.

I just got these in today. I read through the ingredients and was fairly impressed at the various ingredients. There are quite a few more natural things in this vitamin that i dont always see. Its a nice sized bottle, 50 in the bottle ( take two a day) so its not really a full months supply, but thats not too big a deal. The gummies are super soft and taste really good! There isnt a chalky or funny mettalic taste like i get with some other gummy vitamins. Its too soon to tell if they really make my skin hair and nails better, so subject to update this review. But 5 stars for the ingredients, the taste, and consistantcy. It wont be hard at all to take these vitamins!

I ordered biotin, received iron instead. Tasted pretty good though, and can find some use for it. But was expecting biotin.
