I have tried multiple other cushions in the past. This far surpasses them all. It is so comfortable; not too hard and not too soft. I also like that the little "hump" in the center is small and there are no dips for my legs like so many other conditions since I have to adjust/move a lot. Other cushions have these dips that your legs rest in that force you to stay in one position. The chairs we sit in nightly at dinner are wooden and this cushion has made all the difference in the world. It also makes my wheelchair so much more comfortable. I can't believe it was this inexpensive.

This cushion is advertised to provide relief for lower back pain. It does that splendidly. It is well-made and features memory foam cushioning for support of the lower back and I felt immediate pain relief using it. It also has a non-skid pad on the bottom that makes it stay steady in the chair. I can't say enough good things about this product. The relief it has provided is exactly what they advertised.

For the price it’s a good value. It does a pretty good job. I don’t use it everyday but the durability is great. It helps with any pain you might have when you sit for long stretches of time. Makes sitting more comfortable. I don’t have any past experience with other therapeutic cushions but this is a solid purchase and would recommend to anyone with tailbone (coccyx) pain.

I’ve had this seating pad for three months, and it’s become my constant companion. I somehow pulled something (I believe a ligament) that was causing terrible tailbone pain about 8 months ago. I honestly don’t even know what I did, but sitting in any chair, even a recliner, was so painful for me. This pad has allowed that ligament to begin to heal.I chose this pad over all the others because it is NOT made of memory foam. Why is everything these days made of memory foam?! Memory foam is a terrible product that becomes paper thin after a few minutes. This pad is made with a type of foam that actually supports the whole time I’m sitting. I’m thinking of getting another one, so that I’ll have one for the house and one in the car! I was in so much pain before. This pad really has made all the difference in the world to me!

It's a comfortable cushion with decent support but it has completely lost most of it's shape in the front after 2 weeks.

I purchased 2 of these seats and, for about a year now, they've been providing the perfect level of comfort. I use them every day so they'll be due for replacement soon. Well worth the purchase if you have coccydynia, sciatica, pudendal neuralgia, tailbone and some pelvic injuries. For me it's been a much needed relief from pain.

I’m 220LBS. Use this as a cushion for my computer chair. Really disappointed after 2 ish months that the foam has flattened out. It’s not comfortable to sit on anymore. Never would have bought it if this was going to happened.

We went to a convention in an arena with notoriously uncomfortable seats. Almost everyone brought cushions but many were complaining with different issues. We had no complaints. There are grips on the bottom to hold the cushion in the seat, cushioned well, handle to carry easily.... solid purchase.
