This is a bright, full-bodied rich coffee that is fruity with flavors cherry, lemon, cinnamon and chocolate.These beans have been washed with water. The objective of washing is to eliminate the chances of off-tastes from overripe or fermented coffee cherries which would destruct the flavor of the bean.
