It is decorated with a sexy soft marabou puff, a hand tied bow, and a blue Swarovski crystal charm sewn in. A subtle "Something Blue" for a bride's wedding day. This garter is professionally finished in a french seam and all ribbons are sealed to prevent fraying so is truly a keepsake you can cherish. This is personally one of my favorite I've designed.
