Strong umbrella
I like that it feels strong in the weather. I did not like that it is opened manually. I bought it for the strapped cover and being able to carry it on my shoulder. I wish the strap was more substantial. It’s great as an umbrella. Took about a month to arrive.

smaller than expected
This is much smaller than I expected. The width is measured over the curve not the diameter. The arms hold it solidly but I bought a bigger umbrella. I use this for quick runs by myself.

Seller won't send me their address for return.
UPDATED: 20220809 - The seller returned my money. So my overall rating went from one star to 3. I am still not sold on the hard grip of the umbrella, but otherwise, the umbrella is sturdy and well made, and now the customer service has proven to be reliable.Original review: The umbrella looks nice, but it is heavier than another one I've had for many years. The handle is leather which sounds fancy, but in reality it is painful to use: a very thin and hard grip, leather has a bulging seam that digs into hand, not nice for a long walk.They do not provide free returns.Lastly, I am trying to return it, but they are only sending me a barcode with no address. They had 5 days to send me the address and so far they are not responding to messages requesting the address.Unhappy customer.

It was broken, but they will give your money back if you get a broken one!
It was broken when it got here. It comes from China I think and it takes forever to get to your house. They gave my money back and that was nice! Maybe I just had bad luck. I would've asked for a replacement if it hadn't taken forever to get here, so I just requested a refund. The umbrella was huge though and looked very nice. I am really sad that it didn't work for me 'cause I was looking forward for this umbrella.
