Bought this to help keep pool deck cool. Not big enough to really cover much area

When I received this, I saw an extra plug and an empty hole. I stupidly added the extra plug to the hole. I was unable to get it out no matter what I did. I ended up messing the whole thing up by putting the plug into the area that the hose was supposed to go into. The company was wonderful to replace the system.I really don't understand why they put in an extra plug. The other plugs were secure and I doubt they will fall out. Thanks to the company for replacing my dumb mistake! As for the product, I like it, but it does leave water wherever you use it. I put it in the wading pool and use it for my chickens and goats. Thank you again for the replacement. Company gets an A+

The product is very easy to set up and use. The mist is comparable to other misters in the price range.I believe the "advertising" and description of the product is a little misleading. My fault for not reading every bit of the entire page describing this system, but I totally missed the height being only 18". I was not expecting a 5' height mister, but was expecting about 3'.Overall, I would recommend this to others with the caveat that the product photo and description are not at all clear on the actual height.

What an awesome product. I honestly did not have high hopes for this, but was going camping in Florida in July (I know, I'm crazy) and thought I would give it a try. It is amazing! The amount of water/mist that comes out is surprising even at the lowest level on the hose and the base itself. The mist is very fine so it truly mists and does not drip water everywhere or make it feel like it is raining. Very easy to put together and take apart. The arms are easy to bend any way you want them to point. Highly recommend this for just having around the campsite, backyard or anywhere you want to stay cool and don't mind a bit of dampness.

Got this in today. Was excited with it as it gets pretty hot here in Louisiana. In the pics the wands appear longer than the 18 inches they are. System does work well but I wish they would give the length. Had I known they were only 18 inches I’d probably looked elsewhere. Does work as advertised though.

I really really like this the only downfall is it did not come with a washer for they yet part that attaches to the faucet. So I had to get one

I enjoy all the mist that I get from this. A little bit harder to adjust exactly where I wanted to go but it gives a wide range of area. I would definitely purchase again.

This is a great little mister! I live in North Texas and it has been over 100 degrees most all of July into August and this mister has allowed us to be able to sit outside in the evening. It puts out a lot of mist and with a fan behind it, it will really project the mist and cool a large area.Works well without the fan for closer group.The fine mist doesn’t get you wet. Just cool.4 of my friends and family have purchased this mister after seeing it.
