Tons of great information!
Ayush has done a fantastic job collecting his knowledge from building and running a global agency over the past 10 years. Book could have used a bit more proofreading but the concepts and suggestions are extremely valuable, both big-picture and day-to-day execution.

Straight-forward, simple, comprehensive, practical
My perspective is that of an ex-FAANG developer, now working in an adjacent area. I think I'm a slight deviation from the target audience - which is more business minded people without a significant technical background. Still, I found myself nodding along with the book pretty much the whole way - this is a great resource for non-technical leaders to understand and speak the language of developers and understand the processes and best practices that are specific to tech environments. Upper management is often notorious for coming up with off-base specs and management techniques that really rub developers the wrong way - if you're getting that kind of feedback from your workers then this could be a good book for you.I did learn a few things from the book, but for me what really shines about the Zero Hiccup Way is that it is rather comprehensive while also being very simple and straightforward - I read it in about an hour (though I skipped several parts that I already knew very well as a developer, e.g. What is an API?). It's a good place to start when it comes to setting the tone, culture, and best practices of your tech organization. This is definitely how I would build a technology company if I was going to do so - though this book has helped me realize that I'm probably a better fit for the CTO type role than the CEO (which is more who this book is targeted for IMO). It assumes a non-technical background, and does a great job of reassuring the ready that they do not need to learn to be an expert coder to run a tech company, but there ARE still areas of technical understanding / expertise that you need to have - and the book explains those things, while not getting too sub-industry specific.
