AVOID anything made by Mokacam! I ordered one of their cameras through Indiegogo several years ago for $200 and, after waiting an extremely long time, I finally received it and it was defective. They asked me to return it to China AT MY OWN EXPENSE (another $18 via USPS) which I did and, after nearly a year, it was returned to me as "unclaimed." For the last five years, I've been emailing their customer support department, an each time I get the same reply saying, "We have a dedicated team working on this." Five years later and nothing! They make and sell defective junk and there is NO customer support. Buyer beware!!

I ordered a Mokacam camera via their Indiegogo Fundraising Page. I received a defective unit (the SD card wouldn't stay in, and the unit wouldn't power up, even after days of charging it. I received a polite email asking me to send them a video of the unit... showing the problem, which I did. I was then asked to send them the defective unit for repair or replacement. I corresponded with Mokacam for more than TWO YEARS before finally sharing my story online to caution others so that hopefully no one else will have to go through the frustration I experienced.
