We bought this product, but beware it comes with a European plug (2 pin) so you will need an adaptor

Why didn’t we read the reviews!!!Such a pity we had to start ordering an adaptor once we realised it’s supplied with a two pin plug. I think the advert needs to carry a warning. Such a shame for such a decent product.

Broken
The box was bashed up and the unit scratched and broken but it works fine so decided to keep it rather than go to trouble of returning for a replacement.

Beware! This product comes with an European 2 pin plug.
This product comes fitted with an European 2 pin plug but this is not stated in the specifications so couldn't use it till I had purchased an adaptor. Pleased with it's cleaning performance after a disappointing start.

Broke in three weeks
I was cleaning block patio and the moter was working and water stop coming throuw

High hopes dashed
Following building works the place needed a clean down. Karcher was the go to name. However, on arrival it had a continental two pinned plug, I was twitchy about changing it but it kept falling out, so it had to be done.After cleaning one section of paving I was pleased, then suddenly loss of pressure and machine tone turned to a whine. Left for a bit, checked water supply (ok) restarted, no change. Had to return.

Product to be able to work whenever it is assembled
Product not suitable for use, as plug provided does not fit United Kingdom socket.It should have been mentioned in description type of plug!Will have to try tomorrow to hopefully access an additional plug.
