Perfect size and durable quality!
Great for travel and home to use for multiple areas. I am using this mostly for my upper back working, traveling and relaxing to improve posture and open up my chest. Love it

Best Myofascial Aid
My favorite thing in this category… myofascial release aids. Conforms to you and is effective for SO many areas. Inflate/deflate- makes it perfect for you.

Deflates
Great at first but you need to reinflate it after using it enough. Ended up switching to a foam one

Versatile little ball!
Great little ball for gentle massage in hard to reach areas like the groin, glutes and hips where larger rollers can't offer relief.

Perfect for a light flush out!
As a competitive distance runner I have a full arsenal of rolling and myofascial release tools in the house and the center ball by RAD is a very welcome addition! Upon opening the box you can tell it’s made of very high quality material and is going to stand the test of time. I initially purchased to experiment with rolling my stomach to aid in digestion and relieve gas pain - which is a common problem with some autoimmune issues that I suffer from and so far it has worked wonders. I’ve also found that the density (slightly softer than other balls) and size (good deal larger) of the center also makes it great for larger muscle groups like the low/mid back and the quads + hamstrings if you want more of a flush out vs. a more aggressive (and painful!) rolling session which I really like before heading out for a run or trying to get some blood flowing. If you have a long haired dog I recommend trying to roll on an area free of dog hair!

First day
First day using this and I feel as though I’ve discovered the secret to a healthy body. I do rigorous martial arts training daily and have used rollers, massage guns, electric, movement, and other forms of muscle recovery relief therapy. This has become my favorite after only one day of use (although I used it a lot!) worth every penny and seems like it would be a permanent addition to my recovery routine, maybe even replacing most if not all of the others, or at the very least working in conjunction. Released painful shoulder tension, got to areas in my abductors that I couldn’t fix before, and amazing back massage tool. Wow 10/10. Love that’s it’s BPA free unlike some other options out there. Just get one!

Magic
I've used a lot of massage tools and found them to be too hard - they seem to do more damage than help. I've abandoned all the other stuff since getting this one - the shape and ability to control the pressure mean there are almost limitless ways to use it, and you can use it anywhere (including on the stomach, and on injured areas) without concern. Like other reviewers, I've found the included inflator to be faulty - you can't actually inflate the ball the fully - but since I prefer a bit less pressure than traditional lacrosse balls and hard rollers, this hasn't been an issue for me. Love this and everyone I've recommended it to has loved it too.

My new favorite self massage tool.
I've used tennis balls, lacrosse balls, raqurt balls, Theracane, and a foam roller. I have a tendency to overdo it, and regret things the next day.But this is amazing. Pump up firmly for more pressure, or leave it squishy. Fits perfectly behind neck, under lower back, and reaches upper traps well. Rolls over SI joints without pain. I probably look like a dog rolling in stuff when I use it. But I can put my full weight on it in almost any position.Don't tell my massage therapist, but I think this just put him out of business.
