Really didn’t help to much, more for teaching children

I have had this book for several weeks now and have been very pleased. There are a variety of activities and lessons included that make planning so easy. Lesson plan templates, visual schedule icons, word lists, crafts, songs and more! This book is perfect for SLPs who work with students in the classroom or for those who see students in the therapy room. This book is so helpful at providing language rich activities for our students. Added bonus: all activities are in English and Spanish!Kristin Immicke, MS, CCC-SLP

I highly recommend this book. As a speech pathologist in the schools , I found each chapter useful. I liked the organized Lesson plans , visuals schedules and recommened books for carryover.There were many cute functional activities like "what's in my backpack?" As a speech language pathologist working in an elementary school with self-contained preschools, and a student population in which a large portion is Spanish speaking, I found this book to be a great resource for busy SLPs. The book is set up by themes and all of the prep needed to provide push-in or pull-out services for articulation, language, and/or pragmatics is done for you in both Spanish and English. The variety of activities and materials created make setting up therapy for mixed groups a breeze (I love the articulation station lists in which there are articulation word lists by phoneme to target that also tie in to the theme- genius!). An added bonus is that detailed therapy plans are also included for each theme. This book is must have!

This book is great. Lots of ideas and different ways to elicit language and build vocabulary. I have a population of students that is culturally diverse and not necessarily Spanish speaking, but this still works. I really appreciate the variety of activities and the structure of the activities.

Excellent resource book. Everything you need in one place. Makes a great addition to my library.
