The media could not be loaded.  Honestly I’m not one hundred percent mad at it. It really does freaking work. (If you follow the directions to the T) (and DO NOT use it on moles it will cut them) BUT! It burns when you use it and it’s supposed to be painless?! And it leaves these awful and super sensative rashes? (I do not have sensitive skin) so you’d think “she hates this product, she’ll never use it again” WRONG! I’m addicted to it because it works and it makes the skin SOFTER THAN SOFT!!!!!! I can’t even describe the angelic texture of my brand new creamy, virgin like skin!!!!!!! I’m pissed that it hurts and leaves rashes but I can’t stop using it because of the sorcery that it performs!!!!! HELP!

My expectations were very low after reading the reviews but it worked great! I'm guesing it might not work well if you don't need to exfoliate your skin also -- then I'm guessing it would burn you. But it worked really well for me!

Serious doubts about rubbing a rock on my legs and it removing hair without taking skin and my will to live with it, but this thing works!!! No pain, completely removed the hair, so smooth and no rub burns! I don’t know how it works but it’s incredible!

Seriously. This isn't soap. Don't waste your money people

I was curious enough to buy this, so as soon as it came i tried it…..it actually works! My arms are sensitive and the skin got irritated but my legs are great! I will order again!

So pretty much it does remove hair but it is not painless. It stings a little after shaving.

The crystal hair remover did absolutely nothing. Don’t fall for the adds on TikTok and other places. I will be returning it and I am very disappointed.
