This is the right size and product I wanted for baking. Great packing. Has a mirror finish and is easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. Sturdy enough at room temperature. Deep by 1 inch. Since it is stainless steel, it is definitely durable. The only thing is it warps at 425F + temperature in the oven. But comes back to its original shape upon cooling. This doesn't damage the product in any way. Also, warping and unwrapping are not seconds so any hot liquids might splash on you. It is gradual. As a Materials Engineer, I understand why product wraps.I recommend this product if you are okay with wrapping.

I searched forever for stainless steel (not aluminum) cookie sheets. They’re so hard to find, and the few I found besides these were incredibly expensive. When these arrived, they were reflective enough to be used as mirrors! Which was kind of fun for me and my kids. :) They do gets scratched with use (doesn’t affect their function). They’re dishwasher safe and easy to clean up with a Brillo pad, when needed. I’m no pro baker, but they heat evenly enough for my purposes. I can fit two side by side in my oven if I overlap the edges (though I don’t think Oven cavities are all the same size, so this detail may not be helpful). Overall, I’m very satisfied with these cookie sheets.

I've ordered this item in 2019 and one thing anyone would want is reliability and durability. It's my favorite to go sheet to make my homemade cherry pie and it still tastes as wonderful as always. Everything ends up baked properly it's easy to clean and it's just the right size. Even now in 2022 it still looks brand new with just a few scratches from when something was cut in the pan. The quality is definitely deserving of its stainless-steel quality. Worth the investment for a long-term baking sheet.

Great non toxic option. 18/0 stainless steel. They truly are great. Easy to clean. No complaints at all. Highly recommended.

first use seemed ok, although I was concerned about the gauge when I first received this item.by it's third use, it was in full blown pretzel mode. for the this price you can get restaurant qualitythat will last forever. don't waste your money.
