Q: How easy are these to remove in the event that you should want to?

They are pretty sticky…. But I can’t answer that only because I haven’t tried to remove it.. but just know that they are VERY sticky.

Q: Can this be put on the walls of a motorhome, that is stored outside during the winter months, without concerns of the panels peeling off?

I bought these last year and in my camper I put up the 8 x 10 faux paneling with screws to fasten to wall ($18.00) at brick and mortar store THEN I used Liquid Nails to adhered the 3DFaux Brick! Can remove it easily this way and Liquid Nails stands up to ALL ELEMENTS!
