Ok first, you’re NOT supposed to take the complete seed! Our body is not prepared to take a high dose of this product at once! In the picture abound I show the 3 stages ! Under 200lbs take the smallest amount with 2 cups of water at NIGHT ONLY! Drink 1 gallon of water through out the day or try to. Also eat 1 banana a day or rich foods with potassium. After drinking a small amount over some time move on to the second stage! And continue the steps! Working out and healthy eating habits are recommended for better results. I’ve lost I’ve 50 lbs drinking this along with healthier eating habits. Again never Drink the entire seed the first time! For over 200lbs second stage is the right amount to start. Hope this helps!

I, Lourdes, am taking this every night and I love it. I have lost some weight and help me to keep my weight in control. It really works, you won't see results or feel anything until about two or three weeks, so be patient. This product is not for everyone. I have it a try because my sister lost 60 pounds in a year, she still using it and keeping healthier weight two years after. dropped 33 lbs works great. Even helps for those who are irregular on bowel movements. Only dislike on my behalf is it makes me sweat more than usual ?? kinda sucks but i guess i can take it as I'm sweating out any toxins.

A word of caution... took this for 2 days. Thought perhaps the first day it was a coincidence but the 2nd day I knew I should have not tried this. I have never experienced body pain quite like this. My muscles, back and legs ache horribly. I feel bloated. I have forced water and taken potassium supplements so it's getting better slowly. I know folks that have had success with the product but told me they "suffered" thru it the first couple of weeks after I asked if they had the same experience. Personally I cannot imagine anything that makes you feel like you have the worst case of flu in your life could be good for you. If the side affects had only been loose bowels I could handle that, but the pain is too much! And when you consider that vital organs (like your heart) are muscles it's almost scary!
