It's basically Ben-gay. Nothing special. No pain relief, just a cooling, smelly cream.

I've been using Real Time Pain Relief MAXX for over a year now and it is AMAZING. It gives pain relief within about 5 to 10 minutes.For me, luckily it works in 5 mins for my husband it is more like 7 to 10 minutes. We hope we never have to be without it because until I found this product, my pain was very unforgiving. I have arthritis very badly throughout my whole body, so no matter where it hurts, I apply the Pain Relief MAXX cream and within minutes my pain is back to being manageable, if not completely gone. I had been using BioFreeze which really didn't do much at all but I kept hoping. Then switched to China Gel and even though it is close in contents of Real Time it still doesn't work nearly as fast and the smell is over powering. I recently tried Outback Pain Relief, because it comes in a Roll-On carrier and they work well to take with you or to grab in the middle of the night, in the dark to apply wherever needed without having to use ones hands.Real Time use to have a Roll-On Carrier which I loved, but they quit having it and I cannot find out why. PLEASE bring it back.I have passed Real Time Pain Relief cream on to my daughters and they both use it and also to several friends who have thanked me repeatedly for telling them about Real Time Pain Relief. My daughters both use the MAXX cream also. Not sure about my friends, I know they started with the regular cream, but I do know they are still using it and have passed it on to friends and family of theirs.

I love this Real Time Pain Relief Maxx pain cream. I used it all the time, over 10 years now. It is like gold to me. I do get a little cold when I put it on, but that is only telling me how hard it is working on my sore muscles. I just do what every I need to to get warm. Has a little smell not bad, it goes away in about 3-5 minutes. Total worth the relief I get from it. I have chronic pain, and been suffering with bad back, legs, arms all over. I put this cream on and in a couple of minutes I feel relief. I even put it on my stomach when it hurts. If I am not feeling relief in 30 seconds, I put more cream on in that area.My body only like the Real Time Pain Relief Maxx. Must be the Maxx kind, it is the only kind I use,and it is the only one that work for my chronic pains, legs, feet's, arm, ankle and stomach.

The odor was so strong I got an immediate migraine. Three hot showers barely erased the smell.

I am not one to submit reviews unless I see something worthy of mention. My wife had Open Heart Surgery due to an aggressive arterial disease. They had to do extensive surgeries to both legs to get healthy enough arteries to replace by passes (4 Ea.) As a result she has had constant pain in both legs. She has had 3 procedures and two Stints since in an effort to maintain circulation and pain relief. She has tried just about every type of Liniment and camphor rub on the Market including Prescription Stuff. Lately, she was having trouble with pain and cramps at night that kept her up most of the night. I went online looking for something that would help her without resorting to increasingly stronger pain meds. I found Real Time Pain Reliever Maxx and decided to give it a try after I got Over Sticker Shock. We are on Fixed Income so have to watch our pennies so taking risk on Lotions is not done without hesitations. But happy to report it was well worth the Money! I opened big bottle and creamy lotion went a long way when I rubbed it into feet and legs. Immediately I felt it penetrate my hands as I applied it to Her Feet. She also said she felt it penetrate deep into her legs and feet. She said her toe cramps eased within minutes. Legs were also feeling less tense and more relaxed. I finished applying in about 30 min and two hours later we headed to Bed. She said she still felt the penetrating warmth and legs were not cramped. This is a wonderful product. When I first tired it I was a bit skeptical about whether it would help, but ready to try anything I could to help my husband's painful knee from a torn miniscus. He was also amazed when it worked. He found that when he applies it 4 times a day he now has almost no pain. He was able to quite wearing the knee brace, do much more walking and standing from a sitting position was much easier. I was having arthritis pain in my left thumb and losing use of it with pain every day. I couldn't bend the first knuckle and had been this way for months. When I started applying Real Time Pain Relief Maxx to it 4 times a day the pain went away and now I am able to bend the knuckle and use the thumb as normal. Other fingers started swelling with arthritis and pain and so I started putting the lotion on these and have had pain relief and the swelling went away. I have recommended this to many friends and family members because it works like a miracle!I had been ordering the tubes of it, which are smaller portions. We were going through it so fast so I ordered the large pump bottle. When I first got it it came without a pump and I was so disappointed because it was hard to get out of the bottle. When the seller found out they contacted me and told me they wanted me to be pleased and were sending me a pump to use. I got it yesterday and they also included a bonus of some little packets of the lotion that I can carry with me to use away from home. It is so easy to dispense now with the pump! I really like that they wanted me to be happy with my order and went the extra mile to show me.

This really really works . My kids play soccer and get hurt sometimes. This gel really helps with pain and healing process . I have 5 of these , standard in their soccer bags , 1 in the car , 2 more in the house . Also great for stuff neck, and muscle pain , highly recommended this product .
