These are great.

I've been buying different brands, trying to find one that I really like that is sturdy, leak resistant, and also the size I want. This Dixie plate is a pretty, sturdy, coated paper plate. The plate's lip is taller than most and very sturdy, this feature is extremely handy for sauce/gravy foods.I also like that they came in suze 8.5, and were individually wrapped packages of 30.Cons: However, except for being prettier with a taller lip, these plates are extremely similar to my local food warehouse's value brand whose price is 8 dollars less (but only comes in 10.5in plates). I love everything about Dixie except the price. I will keep some on hand for 'sauce/gravy' days, but use a less expensive brand for daily meals.

I have used for years. I only buy the ultra. Very good product. Strong & doesn't leak.

These plates are sturdy and durable for in the home and picnics. They're a little pricey, however, it's worth it. I had many food accident in those floppy white plates. They plastics plates aren't microwaveable either. So these are perfect. Also, if you hate washing dishes when you've downsized the family!🤣

I just love Dixie products but I’m too old now to wash dishes so I gave these a try. It’s only me and him so who cares what we are using to eat out of. But these dishes are nice and strong and very pretty too. But the best part is they get put right into the trash can after dinner or lunch. Love them.

I have been using Dixie plates for many years and have always been pleased with the sturdiness and durability of them. That being said, the design on the rim of these plates was a red color with big stars. It looked like a Fourth of July reject. I was totally disappointed with the design because that was not what I was told I would receive. I would have preferred a design a little less gaudy. I feel like I should put the plates away until next Fourth of July. I guess I’ll go on and use them and shut my eyes when I eat.
