America has some serious civil rights violations that are no longer hidden because the babies clogging the sewer pipes are no longer just silently flushed, they're actually sold, and some abortionists like Kermit Gosnell are hoping his crimes become acceptable instead of heinous. As a pro life activist, I read all I can to stay informed. This book has good information, clearly follows the trial, but can be a little repetitive. The most annoying part is that it's full of misspelled words and typos!!! Very unprofessional and made me question the content

While disturbing, this is a must read book. Pro-life or pro-choice, it doesn’t matter. As a feminist from the 70s, I believe in a woman’s right to choose. But that doesn’t mean a woman, or her doctor, can perform infanticide. They do not have that right.This is a story of a sociopath; Kermit Gosnell has no conscience, no moral compass. Neither did his employees.To find out other abortion clinics had, or have, the same practices is more than disturbing.This book should be read, talked about and become recommended reading for anyone with an opinion on reproductive rights.

This book was riveting from the time I picked it up to the finish! Well written. An expose on the ugly underbelly of the abortion industry, and the callous attitudes, and shoddy practices of doctors, nurses, and ancillary staff towards the patients, and their innocent offspring. Abortion is a dangerous practice, maiming and killing women far more often than is reported, murdering innocent children in various stages of development in the womb, and claiming macabre "trophies" from their helpless victims. This is a clarion call to end this barbaric practice which has scarred the souls of this Nation for decades.

This is the best book I have read on the Gosnell case. The author was present at the trial and brings a wealth of background information to the events. On the downside, the kindle version of the book is riddled with errors, probably from scanning the book without checking the accuracy.

If not pro life before the book, you should be after reading it. Especially after finding out Gosnell's story is not an isolated event. Sadly, there are other clinics that are just as deplorable.

It is absolutely shocking what Gosnell was allowed to get away with. This should never have happened and it tears at my heart.

I liked this book. I really hope that all abortion clinics will eventually be shut down after all I have heard of and read concerning the treatment these ladies received by supposed medical Drs.

Deeply moving book. To be honest I could not finish it as contents too upsetting.

Pro-life and pro-abortion people alike must read this fascinating account of Gosnell's crimes. It reveals the shocking conditions some women endure in the name of 'choice', as well as the barbaric treatment of little ones who have no choice at all.
