This is a beautiful casserole baking dish. It was VERY well packaged so that it did not get damaged in shipping. I made 3 layer (could have done 4 layers) lasagna this weekend with the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes and it was perfect. I sprayed it very lightly with cooking spray ( as I do with all my baking dishes and pans) and clean up was a breeze. When I took it out of the oven I placed it on thick cloth pot holders until dish cooled. I'm not new to ceramic dish cooking and have been using ceramic oven dishes for decades. Rule #1 NEVER use in ovens above 400 degrees Fahrenheit (even if dish directions state oven can go higher/hotter) and Rule #2 NEVER suddenly change the temperature of the dish (Example: do not take a hot dish and put it immediately into water or set on a real cold surface and never take a cold dish immediately from refrigerator or freezer and put it into a hot oven or microwave). Drastic sudden changes in temperature for ceramic will cause it to crack and break maybe not the first time but eventually it will happen. I am very pleased with this dish. It is heavy and sturdy. The lid is a great addition because it kept my lasagna from getting my oven dirty. I would absolutely purchase again.

This pot looks nice but it cracked in first time I put him in the oven. But saler gave us refund it could be cracked during the shipping and I bought another one.

I have Le Creuset cookware, but just could not see paying $125.00 for this type of cookware. This dish regularly $70.00 and I purchased on sale for $45.00. Huuuuum, quality great , I may not be buying overpriced Le Creuset any longer.

Good size, purchased it for lasagna, and it was perfect. Its heavy because its stoneware but worked great for what I needed.

I like it. It is heavy and distributes heat very well. Dishwasher safe, too! Deep! Can make about anything you want in it. Lasagna, casserole, deserts, etc. It would be 5 stars but for 2 things. 1. Not a true 9x11.5. More like 8x12. 2. Lid does not seat completely on the dish. There are gaps. Past those 2 things, it is a great baking dish.

This is a great dish. It washes well. Keeps the food nice and warm and cooks evenly. We got the burgundy red color and it is stunning. Looks pretty on the table too. MAkes a great gift. Definitely a good buy.

I always pride myself on taking care of my pots and pans. Most being cast iron, carbon steel, ect. This pan was purchased in a hurry as an older one cracked. This one has also cracked with low temp cooking (every thing under 360f).

Build it deep build it big .. finally a dish I can’t eat all at once.. between me and my women it last 3 days.. well two if you eat it for lunch and dinner.. bakes great and washes easily ..

I Just love my lasagna dish cause it’s nice size it keeps my food nice and hot for a long time

I just received this dish and planned to use it on a brisket. It wasn't even close to fitting. It looked quite small so I measured it. This base of the dish is a dismal 6" x 10". It then slopes outward toward the top. I'm not a perfectionist and don't mind if they fudge the numbers a bit but this is over the top. The 9x13 claimed is measured at the top and includes a wide gutter (for the lid) around the perimeter that is unavailable for food.For the first time in years, I am sending an item back unused.
