Super great fabulous book on the rise of the Montreal Mafia. The story gets more interesting and more interesting as time goes by.Truly a great work of art by the two Andre's, THIS STORY IS NOT FINISHED so you will find yourself compelled to check the updates of the Montreal underworld after reading this. A lot has happened since this book's publication so it's great to get a in depth introduction on the topic.

Well written. Unfortunately the writers filled many blanks with whatever they believed happen. Entertaining but don't take it for 100% factual.

A book recomended deeply for the scholars interested in the issue. A very good quality and much more rapid sending.

If you love reading about the mob, this book is great. Thought provoking and well written. This was a great gift for my wife.

The book set out to describe the impact of the Montreal Mafia, and more specifically the Rizzutos', in great detail and succeeded. If this book wasn't for a course, I'm sure I would have found it greatly enjoyable as the subject matter is rather interesting. As it was for a paper, I found the information layout slightly troublesome as often I found myself searching for dates or ideas which were difficult to locate even through the substantial page references to individuals and concepts in the final pages.Regardless, good book and would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about the Rizzutos' and to anyone who is looking for a good foundation for a threat assessment of the Rizzuto family.

MOST OF IT WAS INTERESTING AND DETAILED BUT A LOT WAS OMITTED AND JUST A LITTLE TOO MUCH REPETITION ON THE WHOLE GOOD READING AND EDUCATIONAL ON WHAT COULD BE REALLY GOING ON IN OUR BEAUTIFUL CANADA THAT WE ARE NOT AWARE OF
