They give you a spatula to use with the pan. The spatula melts super easy. I don't recommend using it. Just use a set of chopsticks. The pan itself is great. It's light, easy to clean, and nothing stuck to it in any way.

My goodness, it's made by thin sheet material, and too small, so I returned!.

Soooo.. First of all, I didn't read it was a MINI frying pan and was very disappointed when I received it. The thing is, that's completely my fault LOLSecond, I'm pretty sure the spatula will melt into my food the very first time I'll use it. Besides that, the pan looks pretty decent. It came well wrapped, in its box and plastic package.I guess I'll have to use it for quail eggs, or make half an egg at the time hahaha. Hopefully it lasts since it took so long to arrive.

I bought this specifically for making tamagoyaki so the size and shape are fine. Overall, it's cheaply made mostly because the bottomshould be a thicker, heat conducting material but it's just a thin coat of paint like the sides. Disappointed.

It works, however

This cute little omelet pan is perfect for early morning breakfast and is very easy to clean. The pan can be used for square pancakes, grilled cheese, or small quesadillas! The pan cooks evenly and is easy to use.

The first time we used this on a medium heat, it melted.

Great to make rolled omelettes. Easy to clean.
