I ordered this to help secure my youngest into her high chair when we are out at restaurants. I have always been concerned about using the high chairs provide by some of these places as they rarely have a way to secure them. Fortunately I haven't had any problems with this in the past however I have had a few close calls. This solves that problem. The product is as described and works at solving this safety concern. Quality is good and is strong enough to provide the necessary added safety.I would recommend this product.
