Fishing Hat for Men & Women, Outdoor UV Sun Protection Wide Brim Hat with Face Cover & Neck Flap

They say this hat will fit up to 24”....lol. I wear a 7 5/8 which is 23 3/4”.... I couldn’t even think about trying to wedge my head into this had. Luckily it’s pretty nondescript and fits my wife’s small head, so I don’t have to return it. This hat will not fit up to 24” EVER!!! I won’t try that again, I’m going into a couple different stores when I head down the mountain....some things you just can’t buy on line.

I have two of these hats. Light blue for everyday use. Dark for fishing.After wearing for first time all day in kayak fishing I came home and threw out all of my other hats.These were all I needed.I have had multiple skin cancers including two melanomas on my face so need the best most complete coverage I can get.These hats are wonderful!!Lightweight and comfortable.Do not urt head after hours if use as most others have.Drape across face is easy to snap on for full protection on water with sunscreen .Yet can come off when in shade on shore.Five stars is not enough for this productAs have spent a lot more money on hats not nearly as good as these.Best investment yet for sun protection.Another thought for those of you who would never drape your face...I'd have to say..Get over it!!Much better then surgery.

It is advertised fitting heads up to 24" in circumference. I measured my head before ordering at 24". It was too tight giving me a headache after just a few minutes. If you have a big head like me, don't order this. They processed a refund immediately though. Would recommend the company, just be aware of the sizing.

I love it! I recently had laser resurfacing done on my face. I’m supposed to stay out of the sun for 6 weeks... I prefer to avoid chemicals found in sunscreen. So this hat has been a life saver... I’m not into wearing masks, but since I need a sun shield, not only do I fit into the masquerade, but I can breathe better since it drapes loosely over my face.

I love the hat but problem with saler the first one got lost n the mail somewhere I've not seen it but they did replace it that was the good part the problem is I had to pay for the lost one that I never seen I just think that's bad marketing I know there people out there that would say they never seen the lost one and have it on there head well I'm writing this to tell people who reads this that I'm not one of those people if I'd seen it I would return it but I've not seen the lost one so now I stall have to pay for it. So watch out people if u order one and it get lost and they will do the right thing an send a replacement but u will bay for both so thank u if u read this i know it was a lot but it's the truth.

I had an immediate need (medical procedure) for UV sun protection and was in a panic - looking at bee keeping stuff when I stumbled on this hat. I bought two just in case.... I was happily impressed. The brim is heavy weight but the top and sides are lite-weight so you don't feel hot. I suppose it helps that due to covid-19 the public expects to see people covered up but this still gets some raised eyebrows...but I feel totally protected! You need to expect some reduced field of vision. I am extremely happy with the product.

Showed up at Pigeon point in pescadero and saw 3 other fishermen with the exact same hat, one of which has a gray one like mine. One of them had the hat for 10 years vs I bought mine the night before. I guess it's a good hat since people had been buying them and the same brand has been making them for 10 years at least. It's not stylish at all, but my face and the back of my neck was well protected as I stood all day under the sun fishing.

The product game with all three pieces, as expected. One tiny note: the stitching on the front and the way the snaps, chin strap, etc. are lined up aren't all centered. It's not TOO far off of center, but just enough to notice. Not sure if my hat was the lemon of the bunch, but it's not so noticeable or problematic that I felt the need to return it. Needless to say, the front mask and front logo don't line up perfectly center with each other. But the chinstrap goes around my chin, the mask makes it in front of the face, and the back neck protector makes it over my neck, so it comes down to function over fashion.Plus... I went to REI looking for hats before ordering online. At REI, they were anywhere from 60-100 bucks, just for the hat. This was 16 bucks for three pieces, all of which feel functional and sturdy. I've never bought a hat like this before, but everything felt great, (once I realized not to line up putting it on using the front logo as a guide.)Yeah, so I'm going hiking next week and I'm pretty pumped to finally have a good hat! I definitely recommend it... three pieces at a great price!
