The quality of materiel used in this band is very inferior. This item is not worth even 20 aed. My suggestion to all please don't go for this item, it's just waste of money

Resistance is weak！

The resistance is pretty weak and I have to double up in the them to get a good workout.Very small range of motion, 1-2 inch...
