Gaskets and Needle valve are wrong for Mercury 9.9
Upper Valve gasket is wrong, missing one hole, and bowl gasket is wrong, Inlet tube should not be round, doesn't fit properly in bowl, also needle is a couple mil's short which results in just a little fuel bypassing when float is up. Overall, poorly made components.

Incomplete
For the most part this is a good kit. New screws etc, missing 1 gasket and accelerator pump orings. I ordered by part number not a picture. Should have looked at picture.
