This tea is very tasty and a great boost of caffeine in the a.m. When it drank it on an empty stomach and then started my day, i noticed better bloat control and less cravings, for sure! so far I am half way into it.. drink it am and sometimes pm... I add a bit of stevia and it tastes very nice. not bitter. As far as it living up to the expectations.. I will weigh after I am almost done.. bloating is minimal.. and it is not having a laxative effect on me.. I will see how it goes. if your expectations are to drop 20 lbs with just this tea and you don't also incorporate mindful eating and movement.. you may well be disappointed.

Tastes OK. No visible affects for me; however ithelps with regularity. Being an avid tea drinker, I found the taste ok but you can’t really add sweeteners as it negates the healthy aspects of the tea itself. Very light in look and taste. But I can say unequivocally, I saw ZERO weight loss after using the product. I think consumers think that’s the point of the tea; it is not. Please read the packaging carefully.
