These look very nice, certainly a couple steps up from my dollar store pots. The pot itself is light which makes hanging my dense plants easier & safer. Didn't think I would use the water window but after overwatering a long pothos in an opaque pot, I now appreciate the window to assure plant roots aren't in contact with standing water. I like the style so much I'm back here ordering more, and some matching non-hanging baskets from the same seller. These hanging baskets come with black hanging chains and the 3 holes are predrilled symmetrically in the pots so there's zero work or fuss with that which is very nice -- no balance or alignment issues and no 'clips' that can work their way loose over time. I recommend potting the plant first & then attaching the chains; it's just easier in that order especially if you're handling a wide or bushy plant.

These are a good size, look great and are sturdy.

I like that they’re well made and they have a window that shows the water level. Transplanted a houseplant and it’s doing very well. I recommend them highly

Photos : 1-the day i repotted it in here ; good health, gorgeous. Pic 2 - taken 8/9 - so sad looking, dying. Pic 3- 8/10 after i repotted it and stuck it back in for “show”. I bought this 2 pack of hanging planters because my golden pothos was root-bound in its current 7.5 inch hanging basket. I bought these with intentions to transplant it, and go up about 1.5 inches in size. I transplanted my pothos into this container on July 25th. I had no prior issues with my pothos until I transplanted into this new container. It could have been a mistake of my own for not realizing - but the “drainage” holes don’t really serve a purpose. The entire bottom 1-2 inch layer of soil just sits in that excess water in the removable saucer. My pothos’ leaves started yellowing excessively about 5 days - a week after (which was NOT normal). I was doing research and trying to let time do it’s thing but more leaves kept yellowing. Keep in mind I’ve had this pothos for 6 months now and never had an issue before. I came to this conclusion that the entire plant had just been sitting in water essentially (for about 16 days) and it was overwatered, root rotted and SO sad. I took the entire pothos out of the planter again and it lost the majority of it roots (and a good amount of the plant itself). I transplanted it yet again this time in a smaller normal planter with a legitimate drip pan and placed said planter with pothos into this hanging basket for show. I’m going to have to do this to my silvery Ann pothos that is in the other hanging planter or the same thing is going to happen. These planters are SO cute, I just wish I realized this earlier. Just beware before buying - hoping this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I hope my pothos recovers.

Love those baskets. Probably need a deeper ones for big plants but great for now. The shape is beautiful. The chain is silky smooth.
