Natures Craft Plant Sterols Complex with Beta Sitosterol - 500mg Beta-Sitosterol Sterols and Stanols Supplement for Prostate Support - Prostate Health Supplement for Men - 90 Tablets

After having been diagnosed with mild to moderate BPH, I tried Nature’s Craft brand beta sitosterol, hoping to reduce my symptoms of urinary frequency. I took (2) 500mg tablets per day for the first week, then reduced it to (1) tablet per day, with meals. Although I’m am not “cured” I have noticed a moderate improvement in my symptoms even after reducing the dosage. Two years ago, at the age of 57, I started to get symptoms that a doctor though I might have a prostate infection. For one, I already take vitamins, so I don’t need to take more. It didn’t make any sense to invest in a product that contains more items than what I really need for my prostate concerns.This is when I researched Beta Sitosterol and what it really is. After looking at different supplements that only contained Beta Sitosterol, I decided on Natures Craft. This product seemed to have good reviews and results.I purchased a 90-pill bottle with the idea that if one bottle didn’t have an effect then I’d try another.For me I’d rather take less than more to see what changes I would experience. I will say it wasn’t an immediate change nor did I expect it to be overnight based on my research.After taking 60 pills I can say that I did notice my symptoms changing for the better. So, I continued with the product. I then ordered another bottle just before running out. When I ended the first bottle, I decided to stop taking it for a week to see if I noticed any changes. By the end of the week, I did start to notice my symptoms although very mild did begin to return. I’m now on my second bottle and will continue taking Natures Craft Beta Sitosterol.On a side note. During my researched I noticed that Beta Sitosterol has been linked to preventing hair loss. Some years ago, I started the typical hair loss from the crown of my head and minor thinning from the crown to my front bangs. My wife has confirmed as she cuts my hair that the thinning area has stopped, and it appears that I’m growing hair at the crown. Now I’m not saying that I have a full head of hair at the crown as I did in my twenties, but it does seem to have stopped the loss.

Nature Craft beta-sitosterol has worked. One tablet per day restores normal urinary function. Began seeing results in a few weeks. It contains 500 mg beta-sitosterol and is a very good value.

Like a lot of men in their 70s I was looking for relief from the trips to the bathroom at night and this seems to help cut down on those visits. It is nice to be able to sleep through the night without interruptions, I still have to get up once in a while but nothing like it use to be. If you are having issues it would be worth it to try it, I am glad I did.

I bought this in July of this year ... The first week I did not see significant results. The second week, I verified that the visits to the bathroom began to reduce to 2 and other times to 3. While urine flow increased significantly. The first presentation lasted me for 30 days. I let 1 month go by and the urine flow is still good, but I hope it improves more. I'm going to buy for another month and update them. This really works.

I have no idea what exactly Beta Sitosterol is but it works. I went from peeing almost hourly to a couple times a night. In my book that’s almost a miraculous improvement. This is all you need in one pill. Do yourself a favor and buy it.

I like this product, I notice I'm not going to the bathroom less.
