Gorgeous pictures and a well written cookbook. These recipes are so inspiring and a joy to follow. Definitely worth getting and sharing all the tasty deserts and bakes.

highly recommend making the bagoong caramel and adding more cream to it so its more of a sauce consistency and using it on sweet potato fries as a dip. its like kamote-que had a salty upgrade

My partner is Filipino and got this as a gift for a friend, we ended up hosting a Mayumu themed desert potluck party every sweet treat was delightful and unexpected, my favorite were the bagoon caramels. I love a salted caramel and these were AMAZING and even better.
