Item as described
The item arrived as described. Sending plants through the post is a delicate matter, and the soil did come out of the pot. Luckily, the plant was not damaged on arrival.

Live plant but not the best condition upon arrival
The plants had been placed upside down upon delivery. Cups had been bent and snapped off aswell as leaves.Luckily the plant wasn't demanded enough to not survive and I'm hopeful for them both

nice if delivery drivers respected the label on the box, fragile or handle with care, live plant!
Nice plant and well packaged unfortunately I think somewhere along the line it was shaken as all compost was outside the pot fortunately on a small part of the plant was damaged

Nepenthes
Love the plant but I think it was battered and bruised through delivery! Arrived with large leaf snapped the lid off of one of the cups snapped off as you can see from the cup on the left! I'm hopeful that it'll survive but only time will tell. I think the supplier should mark the packaging as fragile and a keep upright label on the box also

Arrived on time, I’m happy
Very well packed (well wrapped and in a sturdy fitting box, I’m always amazed plants can survive the post. The Nepenthes was in pretty good condition, and already looking happy in it’s new home. The enclosed care leaflet says they need bright sunlight, the plant marker says keep out of direct sunlight??? Will have to research online
